The Speaker added a State Affairs Committee referral to precede the                                                             
Judiciary Committee referral for the following:                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
     HOUSE BILL NO. 169                                                                                                         
     "An Act relating to the review of proposed regulations by the                                                              
     Legislative Affairs Agency; and providing for an effective date."                                                          
                                                                                                                                
HB 169 was removed from the Judiciary Committee and referred to                                                                 
the State Affairs Committee.
